Dear Homeowners,

Happy Springtime! It is indeed that time of year for blooming flowers and blooming weeds! Perhaps you are the kind of homeowner that treats their weeds with chemical or even gets down and actually pulls weeds unless you are fortunate enough to never have a pesky weed show its true colors in your landscape. Perhaps you have not mowed yet this year and time is getting away from us. Your Board of Directors asks that you make every attempt to get your yard maintained by this weekend in terms of mowing, edging, and general clean up.

Your neighbors will appreciate your mowing and also your Board Members as it reduces the overall association expense to send notices reminding homeowners to maintain their yard which also helps to maintain property values.If you are already actively maintaining your yard, please disregard this notice.
